Each of the one bedroom apartments has a total of 540 square feet, which includes a living room, bedroom, full sized kitchen and bath. All apartments have individually controlled heat and air-conditioning system as well as a carpeted living room and bedroom. The complex’s also have a locked entry system, on-site laundry room and a community room that our residents may use for friends and family gatherings.
The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has limited admission to our residences to those who are 62 and older, with limited or low income.
