Outreach department provides home delivery of library materials to patrons with physical disabilities.  An extensive collection of large print books are available for check out to patrons.  The Bookmobile provides library services to schools, preschools, day cares, and neighborhoods throughout the Quincy area. The department assists eligible individuals in the application process for the Talking Books for the Blind and Physically Handicapped program.
